This art dealer hid a MILLION dollar treasure!
In 1988, Forrest Fenn was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Not only did the eccentric art dealer beat the terminal prognosis, but he was inspired to hide a chest full of gold nuggets, rare coins, jewels, and gemstones in the Rocky Mountains.
In 2010, he published a book available to anyone with 9 clues leading to the location.
For a decade, thousands of adventure seekers searched for the treasure, including five who tragically died.
In 2020, a medical student named Jack Stuef claimed to have found the multi-million dollar chest.
The four states (Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico) along the Rocky Mountains which Forrest Fenn deemed the search area as well as Forrest Fenn's 24 line poem in which he hid 9 clues leading to the location of the treasure which was supposedly hidden near 9-Mile-Hole in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming.
